Take a horizontal measurement starting from the center of your back, moving across the shoulder, over the bend of your elbow, and down to the crease.
Chest:
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, positioning the tape just below the armpits.
Waist:
Locate the top of your hip and measure all the way around your body at that point.
